The 6th Annual ‘EuroFest Nashville’ will take place
Saturday, May 28th, 2005 at the Factory at Franklin. This
event has become one of the South’s largest gatherings of new, late
model and vintage European cars and motorcycles. For 2005, the event
will play host to the “Grand Ole Weekend” which is a regional
Porsche gathering. Porsche owners from all over the Southeast will
be participating along side the EuroFest participants in the
weekend’s events. EuroFest Nashville offers the opportunity for
European car and motorcycle owners to share with others, their
passion for his or her marque and to share in the enjoyment of
seeing other great marques. The magnitude of this event has car and
motorcycle aficionados from all over the US coming each year to
participate. Additionally, EuroFest Nashville gives the general
public a rare opportunity to see a wide variety of cars and
motorcycles, all in one location.
EuroFest Nashville, Inc., a
non-profit organization, and the event’s participants, take great
pride in giving back to the community. For a second year, our event
benefactor is the BRIDGES of Williamson County. Proceeds from this
event will fund the BRIDGES Capital Campaign to pay for their new
domestic violence shelter and support an expanded program for
battered women and their children.
This will be the third year that
the Factory at Franklin has hosted EuroFest Nashville. The Factory
at Franklin is the site of many events that will make up EuroFest
Nashville 2005. This environment and the growth in participation
continue to offer EuroFest Nashville a great level of opportunity
for our participants, spectators, and our sponsors.
On Sunday May 29th,
EuroFest Nashville will head out to the Nashville Superspeedway to
take place in an autocross in the parking lot outside of the track.
Additionally, EuroFest attendees can participate in a Drivers
Education that will be conducted by the Phil Wicks Driving Academy
on the Road Coarse inside the Nashville Superspeedway. The general
public is welcome to come out and watch all the activities.
Admission is only $10 for spectators.
EuroFest
Nashville is made possible because of the many sponsors you will see
at the event and in the event program. Please help us in
showing our appreciation by patronizing these sponsors.
